The city hosts many world renowned bridges, skyscrapers, and parks. New York City's financial district, anchored by Wall Street in Lower Manhattan, functions as the financial capital of the world and is home to the New York Stock Exchange, the world's largest stock exchange by total market capitalization of its listed companies. Investment Property Exchanges
When you buy an investment property, there are two important financial goals to consider.
It's a Pain in the Neck!
Ideally we like the properties we market to look spotless, but even the most impeccable housekeepers find it difficult to keep the house in prime showing condition all the time.
Keeping an Eye on Zoning Decisions
Zoning classifications are the most important tool that a local government has to control the way land is used in a community.
